Scan the barcode
We check Open Food Facts for identity, ingredients, nutrition, allergens, Nutri-Score and NOVA data.
YOUR PERSONAL FOOD COMPASS
Scan a barcode. IngreFit reads available product facts and explains them for your goals on a clear 10-point scale.
◉ Source: declared package facts
THREE EVIDENCE-FIRST STEPS
The app uses the fastest reliable source first, then asks for evidence when the database is incomplete.
We check Open Food Facts for identity, ingredients, nutrition, allergens, Nutri-Score and NOVA data.
If the product is missing or incomplete, photograph the front, ingredients and nutrition table.
A deterministic 1–10 score uses only available facts and the goals you selected. AI explains the result in your device language.
THE INGREFIT RULE
Unknown stays unknown. Nutrition values are never guessed. Allergens are never marked absent just because the field is empty. The score and its evidence remain visible together.
Open Food Facts or visible package text creates the factual layer. AI cannot add to it.
Goal rules calculate the score before AI writes a single sentence.
You see the exact declared number, classification or ingredient behind each plus or minus.
ONE PRODUCT, DIFFERENT PEOPLE
The same cereal may score well for a high-fiber goal and poorly for someone limiting sugar. Your goals, eating pattern, allergens and avoid list change the explanation — never the underlying facts.
Open Food Facts first, with backend caching that respects public API limits.
Three guided photos give AI only the evidence it needs to transcribe the package.
Update your goals, diet and flagged ingredients any time from Profile.
Recent product results stay on your device for quick comparison.
The interface follows the device; explanations request the full device language tag.
